It's a wrap...
Only one half hour until the weekend! Yay.

My whole day seems off somehow. I wasn't able to start my day with LJ. It's surprising how much difference that makes. Well, no, I guess it isn't all that surprising!

Not much is planned for this weekend. We will probably cut some grass and go out for lunch tomorrow as is our usual habit on Saturday.

I have a morning men's meeting on Saturday too. I think it's starting to drag a bit. The newness has worn off. The meetings are still good, but I look forward to them less. It's probably because I am a bit frustrated at not putting what I have learned into my life much yet. I really don't want this to be just more head knowledge. Lord, help it to be more than that!

Let's hear it for the WEEKEND!!!!
Wknds are always yummy, even if we do nothing but sit at home!

I tried to post something to LJ last night too and couldn't. I saved it til this morning and then couldn't get to LJ this morning either. I finally just deleted it.

I have faith in you and will just bet that with time & patience it will all come together for you.
Those meeting aren't for naught....

Enjoy your weekend Gary!!!

Thanks Jo! As always, I am my own worst critic, but I am afraid there is some true in it too.

You have a good weekend too!

Prayer

Father God,
I pray for Gary today to have a renewed spirit tomorrow at his men's meeting. I pray that you touch his heart in a way that he can apply exactly to his daily life. Give him fresh fire Lord, light that faire that burns within his soul to have abundant joy every Saturday morning because he meets with fellow brothers in Christ in attempt to grow and change the world for you.

Thank you for his faithfulness Lord. Bless him for continuing to want to renew his mind in you. I'm so glad that men like him are willing to give up their Saturday mornings to join together in your name. I pray that someday Brett will also share this desire of the heart.

In Jesus' Mighty Name,
Amen.

Have a great day in the Lord Gary!
