The grass is greener on the other side...
It's 77 degrees outside and about 100 degrees in my body! :=) I just finished mowing the front yard. I walked perhaps 1/4 mile altogether, but it felt like much more! We need to finish this round of cutting so it can rain again on Thursday.

I've got a DP chilling in the freezer. I wish I had thought to put it in before I started cutting. It would be ready by now. :-) I'll have to make do with this water until it does.

I love very cold water (and beer, but that's another story ;), and I've gotten into the habit of reusing .5 liter water bottles and putting a couple in the freezer so I can have half-frozen water, especially if I'm working outside. They fit very nicely in an insulated beer can holder ;)

Re:
I've gotten used to my water at room temp, but soft drinks and the odd beer that I drink, I like very cold. In the Winter, we use our garage as a cold storage and they're ready to drink at a moments notice. Now that it's wamring up, I have to think ahead. :-)

It's probably better that you START with water first anyway... I know it's kinda bad if you start with carbonated stuff on your tummy and your system. Cause you have to replenish you're water supply and all that good stuff... and too cold water and too much can cause cramping... :) that's all my "soccer workout" advice for now! ~*kicker*~

Thanks. I probably wasn't all that hot, but I like to complain sometimes. :-) I am really out of shape though!

Hey Gary! Well, you sent us some rain this evening.... about 3-5 minutes worth.

Send more please.

Re:
3-5 minutes of rain, that's not very much! A whole bunch more left here the other day. I guess it got used up along the way. :-)
