Good morning

The eastern sky was colored a light shade of pink. Further to the North was a dark band of clouds which were the color of charcoal. It looked like these clouds were going to resist the sun in its attempt to color everything pink, but as the sun rose into the sky, the dark clouds took on a dark shade of pink. In a short time, the sun itself could be observed as a hot pink ball on the horizon, and the formerly dark clouds were glowing with a golden color.

I would have included a picture here, but I still don't have any batteries in my camera. I promise, I will get some today! I hope everyone's Friday is as golden as those clouds this morning. I'm going to make a short day of it at work, even though I don't have many hours in this week.
