Good morning!
The sunrise was a soft pink glow in the Eastern sky this morning. As my work run progressed, the glow spread to cover the entire Eastern quadrant. Eventually, the pink lightened, as the sun rose higher. It was wonderful to see another sunrise. I've been missing then lately!

I went to bed last night at 8 and didn't wake up until 1 in the morning for a bit of coughing. After that I had several small coughing incidents, but for the most part, I slept. Sleep is such a wonderful gift and I've learned to appreciate it lately. My coughs this morning are not turning into a coughing fit, so I think this stuff is on the way out. It is surely seeming that the high blood pressure meds were causing the cough. Today is day three on the new meds.

I hope everyone has a great day today. I think I will!

Good Morning Gary!

Those sunrises sound beautiful!

Glad to hear the coughing is easing up... My girlfriend has had a terrible coughing fit of late, it's because of this ever changing weather!

Oh well, enjoy Your coffee!

You describe sunrises so well!!
I am glad you got sleep. I have struggled with insomnia for a long time so I know how no sleep feels. It's also good to hear that that cough is getting better.
God bless!

Re: You describe sunrises so well!!
Thanks Jayni! Insomnia is no fun! I get that way myself when I have too much on my mind. My mind just goes round and round on a worry and nothing gets accomplished!
