Good morning
Move along, there's nothing to see here! :-) I didn't see anything more than the usual faint pink glow in the East this morning. Have I told you that I really miss seeing those glorious sunrises? I think I have.

Leaving work yesterday, I had an unusual occurrence. I was walking behind a fellow and it looked like his right knee was bending the wrong way, which caused him to almost stumble each time he stepped down on his right foot.

This in itself is not too unusual. I work at a US Government facility and they hire many handicapped here. I know of at least two blind persons and I'm sure there are countless others with some disability or another.

What was unusual was that shortly after I saw this fellow, my left calf began to get a cramp in it, just as I was putting my weight on it. It caused me to stumble in almost the same way as He had, only on the left instead of the right. I hope he did not see me, as it probably looked like I was imitating him. The cramp continued all evening and still continues periodically this morning. Very strange and it hurts!

I hope everyone has a good day today. It is Wednesday and it's all down hill from here. I am especially looking forward to this weekend, as I will be taking a weeks vacation next week!

Good morning
Looks like you need a good dose of salt.

Re: Good morning
Well, you know, that may be it. The doctor is working on my high blood pressure and put me on a diuretic yesterday, so I imagine my salt content was low.

Eat a banana:-)
High in potassium.

I used to take dyazide for blood pressure.
That's what I did.

I wouldn't take a supplement w/o talking to the doc first.
It can be dangerous.

Oh! boy!
Gary gets a vacation!
What are you going to do with your week off?

Goof off and goof off some more! :-)

That's my idea of as good vacation. I don't know what my better half will come up with. :-) We may take a day trip somewhere, but we would have to take Abigail out of school for the day.

It does seem that I remember reading in one of my drug papers to not take any extra potasium, but nobody said I couldn't eat a banana. I'll try that!
