Good morning
The weekend, as usual, was too short and was over just as I was starting to relax.

We had much rain Saturday night and a cool front came in with the rain. We were in the 50's this morning and they say on the radio that it will only reach 65 today if the sun comes out to play. I guess it's almost Fall.

I hope everyone has a good day!

Good Morning Sir,

Cooler weather is coming here too!

It's suppose to get cooler here as the day goes on.

Hopefully, it'll cut the mosquito population down.
That would certainly be a +!!

How cold does it need to get to cut the mosquitoes? Surely, it won't get that cold down there yet?
leidtexan on September 24th, 2001 07:42 am (UTC)
Tsk! tsk! Gary!!;-)

I would guess it'd have to freeze to actually rid us of them completely!

That's NOT going to happen.

However, just the cooler weather tames them, so that they aren't quite as bothersome.

*Swat* @#$&*! mosquitos!LOL

That's what I thought and I was about willing to be you don't get freezing weather. I suppose stranger things have happened!

Stranger things have been known to happen-
Yes they do and have, but
it's been a few years.:-)

It's cloudy here now, but it's suppose
to clear up & be beautiful tomorrow.

I just came back in.
The baby and I was jumping on the trampoline
& raking leaves.

I thought he was going to take a nap, but
didn't happen.

So, I decided to make some coffee & go back outside:-)

Hope your day has been a nice one so far*S*

Re: Stranger things have been known to happen-
It's 58 degrees here. Now that is a bit too cool for September, as far as I am concerned. I guess mr sun did not make an appearance!
leidtexan on September 24th, 2001 02:57 pm (UTC)
It won't get that cool here till Wednesday they say.

58* will be our low though, not our high.
Highs tomorrow are only suppose to be in the mid 70's.

Hopefully it will be Sunny too!

I'm like you in that, I don't mind the cool, as much as I do the cloudy skies.

I need Mr. Sunshine everyday. ;-)

Re: 58*degrees
It did get over 60 yesterday, but just barely and late in the afternoon!
