I'm still alive!
I had a pretty good weekend. They are never long enough, not even when they are three and four day ones! :-)

I don't know if we have a contract or not, but I am going in to work, as no one has called to say not to come. I am willing to give them a day in any case.

I am trying Netscape 6.1 at the moment. I am so fed up with IE 6 and all of it's bugs. Netscape Email client can even get my account settings from Outlook Express. I also was able to import all of my saved email messages and address book, so I am pretty happy with it so far!

Well, I'll be heading upstairs very soon now. I hope everyone sleeps well and is ready for a new week because here it comes!

Good Night Gary!

Rest well!

I had Netscape & I loved it.
I've never cared for IE and have always had trouble with it of some sort.

However, my server came with IE and I had no choice in the matter, as it was embedded into the server software.:-(

Hi Jo - You could still use Netscape after you connect to your ISP, but you would have to set the programs up yourself. It's easy for me, but I suppose it might not be easy for you.

I've had great luck with IE 6.0. Of course, it may have something to do with the compatibility of the O.S. I run Windows2000 Professional.

Good luck with your newest browser.

I run Windows 2000 Pro at home too, but I still found IE6 to be buggy, especially when replying to LJ posted from Outlook Express. Of course, Netscape Email doesn't seem to want me to type in the message form to reply to LJ. Ah, software....

I hadn't heard that IE6 was particularly buggy.

Great to hear from you Gary. Was wondering where you've been all weekend. As long as you have enjoyed yourself it is ok.

Hoping and praying for the very best on your job and contract.
