I'm re-reading the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. The last time I read it was in the 70's, so it's almost like I have never read it before. :-) I am enjoying it.

I think about half of North America is joining you in reading (or re-reading) the trilogies. I found my copies just yesterday, and they're waiting for me to finish Rogue Star.

I'm sure there is much new interest with the movie coming up!

I just finished them the other week and finished the Silmarillion yesterday.

How did you find the Silmarillion? If I remember it, I couldn't get into years ago.

I own that set of books. I've got them, somewhere.

I also , more recently started reading the "Left Behind" series. I got the first book read, then bought the movie video. I have the 2nd, 4th, and 5th, books, already, but, as yet, haven't started reading them. Maybe when winter sets in and I can't go out as much?

Re: Trilogy
I've read all but the latest of that series and have enjoyed them. The fellow I work with is buying them and he shares them. :-)

The Trilogy I am reading now is bound into one paperback book, which makes it seem very large. I think I checked the individual books out of the library the last time I read them.
