Ah, breakfast...
Now that my hands are free, I can continue. :-)

Driving home last night, the Fall colors were nice. I think we are just about at our peak for color and many leaves are already falling at our house.

Last night, I burned CDs. I played around on my laptop while I burned them on the desktop computer. I was really happy to see that I completed 4 CDs. The only problem is that I couldn't get them to work in my bedroom player or my car player this morning. I know I finalized them too. I think I know what the problem was. The computer was acting strangely last night. I had to reboot after each CD was finished so that the program would load properly. I just recently installed a disk cache manager program. I think it is the source of my troubles!

I hope everyone has a good day today!

God bless!

Good morning Gary! Hope You have a super day!
Our September rain has finally caught up with us, it's rained pretty much non stop since Friday I think, it's great because we need it, but I hate driving in it...

My aim (soon) is to have a CD Writer on my home PC, and a Scanner... soon I hope, maybe even a Web Cam, not too sure...!

Hi Jonty and thanks!

I really enjoy my cd burner and scanner. I have a web cam, but don't use it much! I'm shy I guess. :-)

Your September rains must correspond to our April showers. We have the saying that April showers bring May flowers. :-) I don't like rain, but we often need it!

Our showers bring these horrible things called Parktown Prawns, on the Highveld.
It's family of a cricket, only it's Red and Black, slightly bigger and seriously meaner!!! They can't do harm except make You cringe, and if they get threatened, they give off this black, horrible smelling liquid. Also they're as tough as nails!
I have a hug phobia...

Did you mean to say Bug phobia? :-)

Gary, Brett has the same thing when he uses a certain program. He uses a different program to burn now, and I think it stopped him from having to reboot each time. I'll have to ask him about it.

Blessings to you this day!

This wasn't happening until I started running a cache manager on my computer. I use Easy CD Creator 5 and it usually works well.
