Good morning!
It was mighty dark out this morning, but at least there was no fog! I think I've said goodbye to sunrises until next year sometime.

Well, I wonder if LJ is fixed yet. Last night I couldn't leave comments and then later I couldn't make an entry at all.

It appears that my laptop battery is unusable at about 10 percent. In fact, the computer shuts itself down at that point. It's probably good that I ran it dry yesterday. It's been a loing time since I have done that.

I hope everyone has a good day today!

Good morning Gary. Hope you have a good day too. Mine, well it would have to try pretty hard to be worse than yesterday. But the good part to that is, with no effort at all it can be better than yesterday.

Umm I dunno if it's still true... but I remember with like older rechargable batteries they developed a fault that when you ran them right down if you only charged them back up to like half power they would never charge beyond that next time. I never understood it myself but yeah it happend to my dad's battery screwdriver thing and my mum's dust buster portable vacuum thingy.

Re:
Yes, the older type batteries used to develop a "memory". This laptop battery is supposed to be new and improved, but I might as well treat it as if it wasn't. I use it most of the time on the power supply, so I probably should unplug it a bit more often.
