Around and round we go...
Good morning! I slept well last night. I woke up at about 5:15 not knowing what time it was. I tried to go back to sleep, but could not ignore my bladder. I was pleasantly surprised that is was only 3 minutes before my alarm at this point, so I just stayed up. Usually I do something similar at 4:00 or 4:30. This morning I just got a small jump on the day and here I am at work 20 minutes early!

No snow for KC last night or today. It will be a chilly high of around 38 today, but they are talking about at least partially sunny skies.

I hope everyone has a sunny day today, or at least that it's sunny in your hearts!

Good day Gary... well here in "Sunny" South Africa it's overcast! Haha

I was also up early - woke up completely dehydrated at 4:30... battled to get back to sleep

Re:
I sometimes wake up that way, but I'm afraid to drink any water. My bladder gets me up often enough as it is! Don't ever get old if you can avoid it! :=)

No snow angels today...
Ah! well...;-)

Have a nice day Gary.

More rain forecast for here today.
It'll still be in the 70's too.

Re: No snow angels today...
I'll gladly leave the snow angels to those people up in the Dakotas and Canada, but I know we're going to get it sooner or later! :-)

I was going to say one more thing on our discussion yesterday, but you buttoned up the entry. :-) So, I'll say it here. :-) Your kids may not admit it now, but I think one day they will be glad that you set some limits.

Re: No snow angels today...
I think snow is pretty in a picture:-)

Well....I hope so.
My stepdaughter sure hasn't.
To this day,(She's 31) she's still playing the victim role.

I may be strict, but I'm no child abuser.
I expect them to respect their father & I.
I can put up with a lot of the adolescent stuff, but I have to draw a line with lack of respect...not just to us, but to their elders, period!

They are welcome to voice their opinion...as long as it's done in a respectful manner.

KIDS! will be kids!!! LOL

15 & 13 are both really tough ages, I do understand that:-)

Re: No snow angels today...
I have the utmost confidence in your fairness with your kids! And you know, there is usually the exception that proves the rule.

I'll have to remember that - Snow is pretty in pictures! :-) Good one!
