Good morning!
It's going to be a heat wave here today. Well, not really, but it will seem that way after the cold we have had. It's supposed to get to 40 degrees later and it's 24 degrees now.

I slept well last night, although I do remember getting up often for the bathroom break. I'm only half awake at that time, so it's hard to say whether it bothers my sleep much! :-)

I thank my God for everyday that I wake up, but especially on Fridays! I hope everyone has a good day today!
Current Mood: awake

Fridays are the best day of all :-)
Morning Gary - I trust all is well with you? :-)

I assume that your degrees are in Centigrade? 'cos ours are the same as yours, but in Fahrenheit!! <shivers loads>

Re: Fridays are the best day of all :-)
I wish this was in Centigrade! 40 degrees would be a bit warm though! I thought you guys went along with the rest of Europe in using Centigrade? The US uses Fahrenheit. We're stubborn like that! :-)

No, we do use Centigrade here, but the temperatures you gave are the same as ours in Fahrenheit! LOL

OK, I think I understand! Yes, that does sound cold for England! For us, it's pretty normal for this time of year. January and sometimes February can be quite cold!

Good Morning my friend and happy Friday to you! It's supposed to reach 36 degrees F today in my area. Pretty much a heat wave here as well!

Only 8 hours to go!

By the way, any word on your contract?
Garygdj on January 4th, 2002 06:47 am (UTC)
We won't get word until later in the month. I was wrong and the contract was extended until Jan 31, 2002 instead of Dec 31, 2001. So we have another month of uncertainty. They haven't even put out the bid for quote yet as far as we know. I'm sure you know that with the government, it's hurry up and wait! :-)
