Good morning  
The wind is starting to kick up and we're supposed to have a chance for rain/thunder storms before it clears and gets nice this afternoon!

I'm starting a new phase in my diet this morning. I'm going to use the Optimum Protein Diet to see if I can't get things moving a bit. I'll let you know how it's going. So far, the meal replacement mix tastes good and isn't too unpleasing in texture. It's 35g protein to 3g carbs and no sugar mixed in water or skim milk. I'm going with the water!

How's the diet going? Have you lost any weight yet?

I lost a few pounds when I first started working out but now I seem to be hanging at the same weight.

Actually, I haven't weighed since starting the diet, but my wedding ring seems looser! I need to weigh soon and I also need to step up the exercise. Snacking was my big downfall and that is stopped, so I am making progress! This protein shake that I am drinking seems to help too. I don't seem as hungry between meals.
