Another wet one...

Pam and I went to the YMCA yesterday afternoon. We got a late start, so it was much busier than I like, but I got 30 minutes on the treadmill and about 10 more on the crosstrainer. I weighted and was 261 lb., which is about 5 to 10 pounds less than when I started my diet. I just need to get more exercise.

Last night was quite noisy. The thunder and lightning was close at times. I hear this morning that there were some twisters in the area last night, but not very close to us. The grass is really going to grown now! :-(

I hope everyone has a good day today! The weekend draws ever closer! :-)
