I went to the Y after work yesterday. I put in my 30 minutes on the cross-trainer and did 2.2 miles on the counter. I then walked a brisk 3.7 mph on the treadmill for 10 minutes and cooled down for 5. I wasn't as wiped out as in times past, so maybe I'm getting somewhere. The scales showed me at about 252 lbs.
