Good morning
The sky was dark with many clouds this morning, so the sunrise was a bit slower to develop. It started with the clouds in the East colored a dark pink and there was much gray also. All of a sudden, it was as if the clouds were on fire. That dark pink changed to a fiery pink. As the sun rose, the pink lightened until the clouds were more yellow than pink and the sunrise was almost over. I keep promising myself that I will bring my camera and one day I will! :-) To bad it wasn't today.

I went to the Y after work yesterday. I put in my 30 minutes on the cross-trainer and did 2.2 miles on the counter. I then walked a brisk 3.7 mph on the treadmill for 10 minutes and cooled down for 5. I wasn't as wiped out as in times past, so maybe I'm getting somewhere. The scales showed me at about 252 lbs.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day today!

Good morning Gary. Sounds like your trips to the Y are beginning to pay off :)

I surely hope so! It's still more like work than play! :-)

I believe sunrises can be more beautiful than sunsets... :D Good luck with your exercise program -- it's sounds like you're doing great! :D

Well, at that time of day, I really need something like a sunrise! Somehow, I never seem to be looking at sundown!

Now, when we were in Hawaii, the sunsets were wonderful, but then Hawaii was petty wonderful in itself! :-)

I just need to keep the exercise up long enough to make it a habit. Right now, it's too easy to find something else to do!
