good morning
The sunrise was pretty this morning! There was lots of pink and such. The humidity must be high as I had to turn on the air conditioning to clear the windshield.

I went to the Y after work yesterday. I did 2.4 miles/30 min in the cross trainer and followed with 1.7 mi/30 min on the treadmill. It seems my limit right now for one hour is about 4 miles. The 2.4 on the cross trainer was much harder than the treadmill walk. It was a good workout!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day today. One down and four to go!

Same here!
It's so high, you can cut it with a knife!
I hope we get a good wind today, that always helps!

I was so disciplined with my exercise program, before the baby.
I'm so tired these days & I have no time.
That's really the god's honest truth.
My few free minutes that I do happen to get during the day are spent here.

I have a bike & the treadmill in here.
The treadmill is loud & I don't like to use it around the baby for fear he'll walk up & touch the belt. If I put him in his room, it's so loud that I am afraid I won't hear him if he hurts himself.
Excuses, I know.
I'm just going to have to wait till Fall when it's cooler & I can take him along with me on my walks and such.

I know your time is also very limited.
I'm so proud of you.
I need such inspiration/motivation. Hubby & i were just talking about that last night.
Where do you get yours from?
What happened that motivated you to begin your exercise program again?

Well, it's taken me well over an hour, give or take, to get this typed.
It's scattered writing.
That's another thing I get very little time to do these days, think!
However, for me, that is probably a good thing! LOL

Have a super day Gary!

Re: Humidity!
I'm sure I have much more free time than you do! Mother's have a full-time job, especially when you have a little one, and I know it! :-)

I think my biggest motivator is just looking at myself in the mirror! Plus, I am starting to realize that I feel much better and sleep much better when I have exercised!

The mirror!
Ah! yes! I remember those! LOL
It motivates me too, till I walk away from it. hahahaha!
I'm kidding ofcourse.
I'm just having a tough go of it these days.
As sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, this too will change.

Thank you for being such a good friend.
See ya again on here later today, I hope:-)Gary!
Free time. LOL

Re: Thank you for being such a good friend
My pleasure Jo!

And you'll get your motivation back! I went through something similar after I started my diet and before I got back into going to the Y. I'd get off work and all I'd want to do was go home. It was amazing the things I could use as an excuse why I didn't want to go the Y for one hour! Hopefully, I can maintain my motivation and keep it!
