I went to the Y this afternoon. I went for 15 min/1 mile on the cross trainer and 30 min/1.9 miles on the treadmill. I was trying to not overdue it today, as I think I got burned out. I tend to push myself too much. Today, I kept my pulse in the upper weight loss range or just into the cardiovascular range. Before I have been at the top of the cardiovascular range. I am still quite tired since it's been so long that I missed going.

Edit: - I weighed myself and I am still right at 252 lbs. I'm happy I didn't gain any back during my break from exercise, but I wish I wasn't stuck here!

Muscle weighs more than fat.

If you are doing the exercise, in whatever form, in sufficient amounts, that's what counts.

The numbers on the scale will change when they are good and ready. Don't pay too much attention to them. They may just be weighing in muscle instead of fat. :)

I thought of that and the way my clothes are fitting would seem to confirm it, so I remain encouraged!

It's been many a moon that I stayed up all night!
I'm usually up this early. I was in bed like a good girl should be, by 10:30. :-)

I think I'll not push it and go Thursday.

Yeah, the older I get, the more I seem to need the sleep. :-)
