I went to the Y this afternoon. I went for 15 min/1 mile on the cross trainer and 30 min/1.9 miles on the treadmill. I was trying to not overdue it today, as I think I got burned out. I tend to push myself too much. Today, I kept my pulse in the upper weight loss range or just into the cardiovascular range. Before I have been at the top of the cardiovascular range. I am still quite tired since it's been so long that I missed going.

Edit: - I weighed myself and I am still right at 252 lbs. I'm happy I didn't gain any back during my break from exercise, but I wish I wasn't stuck here!
