Pam and I went to the Y after I got off work yesterday. I did my usual 30 min/2.25 miles on the crossramp machine. I increased the resistance to 6 for part of that time. I only did 5 minutes cool down on the treadmill as we had to leave. My right knee felt like it was trying to lock up on me while I was on the crossramp machine. I need to go more often and maybe my body would get used to it. This week and next, I am working an extra hour to help make up for my vacation time, so getting to the Y will be that much harder.
