good morning  
Pam and I went to the Y after I got off work yesterday. I did my usual 30 min/2.25 miles on the crossramp machine. I increased the resistance to 6 for part of that time. I only did 5 minutes cool down on the treadmill as we had to leave. My right knee felt like it was trying to lock up on me while I was on the crossramp machine. I need to go more often and maybe my body would get used to it. This week and next, I am working an extra hour to help make up for my vacation time, so getting to the Y will be that much harder.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday. Friday and the weekend are almost here again!

maybe you should wear a knee brace? i have to do that if i walk for too long. cool down always helps though. keep up the good work with the getting in shape! :) Have a great day!

Thanks Jayni! If it continues to bother me, I will have to do something like that. Today it's OK.
