good morning *sound of teeth chattering*
Cold does not begin to describe this morning! It was -6 degrees F when I left home this morning. The wind-chill is down around -15 to -20 and the North wind does take your breath away! Thankfully, the major roads are clear of the 2-3 inches of snow that we had yesterday. The side streets are snow packed and pretty slick.

One side affect of the added stress from working with my mother is that I am eating more than ever and I don't even care! I'm afraid I must have put back at least half of the weight that I lost last year. Ah well, easy come, easy go!

I hope everyone has a great day today! I'm going to try to do just that.

Good morning Gary. Six degrees, my goodness. I can remember many years ago it got down to 8 degrees here on Christmas Eve. Janis and I had been out of town visiting my parents for the Holidays but had to be home for Chrismas Day. The house we lived in then didn't have any insulation at all and at the time all we had to heat with was firewood in a wood heater. It was warmer inside the refrigerator than it was in the living room....LOL. Very cold for a Louisiana boy.....LOL.

Hope things with your mother improves. My prayer is that she will become more and more receptive of your helping her.

That was minus 6 degrees, although, when you get that low, the difference between 6 and -6 is not too great! It's all frigid! Thanks again for the prayers!
