Is it nap time yet?
Good morning! I really did not want to get up this morning and I am still dragging. I slept well last night, so I guess it must be the adjustment to the early hours after 4 days sleeping in. Time for more coffee!

Good Morning Gary,
It might be your body adjusting to the bike too.
Make sure that you're taking your vitamins and drinking plenty of water.

Hope you feel better as the days goes on...

Re:
I am almost awake now :)

I skipped the bike yesterday, but I need to get back on today for a good ride.

Thanks for your encouragement!

hello
I can totally relate. I hate mornings. I never have energy and feel so lethargic. Then when evening hits I am bouncing off the walls. By the way, I liked your profile. It's always a pleasure to thank the men and women who served our country. My husband is from Kansas, what a great family state. Blessings, Donna

Thank you Donna, and good to meet you!

I guess I don't feel much thanks is deserved for what I did or didn't do in the service. Especially compared to those who DID go to Viet Nam. It is nice to be appreciated though. There were so many who did not appreciate the service men and women during that era.
