Good morning
It's bitter cold this morning. The last I heard was 9 degrees. At least there is little wind or it would be terrible! The roads into work this morning were mostly clear, but many had 1 or more lanes snow packed and most on/off ramps were snow/ice covered. Tomorrow we are supposed to top 32 degrees, but just barely, so I don't imagine the snow/ice will melt much.

I hope everyone has a great day today. Stay warm/cool depending on your location/preference!

edit: Thanks to everyone who commented on my ice picture. I'll have to take pictures more often. This is the most activity my LJ has seen in some time! :-)

Good morning Gary, we're down here at a shivering 46 degrees this morning....LOL.... I'm going to have to go look for that ice picture, somehow I missed it. Take care and stay safe :)

Not much different here in Topeka. They are farecasting 19 here today (and 20 in Lawrence) with 50's on Sunday and possibly 60 on Monday despite cloud cover predicted for the day.

I sure hope the warm weather comes back, but sometimes it's a wild ride with all the tempurature changes!

Morning Gary!

I went to call work this morning to tell them I would be coming in late, and got the answering machine that said the office was closed! So I get another day off, yay! It's very cold here this morning, snowy and icy, and almost all the schools are cancelled. Just gonna try to keep warm today. :)

Have a great day and be safe out there when you're driving.

Wow, you're actually the same temperature as us, and we're about 60 miles north of the Arctic Cirlcle.

After I wrote that it went down to 5 degrees, but now we are a hot 14! We're supposed to be in the 50's by next week! Ah, the rollercoaster ride!
