good morning
Our house was surprisingly quiet last night! :-)

Our snow of yesterday is almost gone. There is a little left on the lawns and today should take care of that, since our temps are on an upward trend.

I hope everyone has a great day today!

Our temps are going down, but they still won't get low enough to keep snow.

Good morning Kevin! I was wondering about that! I am well. Still no idea what I will be doing after March, but I will know when I get there I hope! How about yourself?

I am busy very busy untill the March 1st primary, then I will find out if I will still be in the election. so I guess I am in the same boat in a way.

I was talking to Brian about maybe moving to Kansas. I said I would miss the snow.

How often do you get snow where you are?
Garygdj on February 1st, 2005 05:53 pm (UTC)
Not real often. January and February are the months it is most likely. This year we had a snow on Thanksgiving, but we sometimes have picnic weather for that date. If a snow is going to stay on the ground for long, January and February will see that, if any months will. We are due for a bad Winter, as most have been quite mild lately!

I think you were looking at the Wichita area. We are about 4 hours north of there, so I can't say how they do for snow.

Since you seem to be running out of snow I'd be more then happy to send you some from my back yard. It's still too deep to even shovel an area for my dog to go in.

No, no, that's quite alright! :-) I hope your snow melts soon, but with that much, I suppose it will be quite sloppy then!

With our temps it isn't going to melt that fast. We've finally gotten up the freezing point, all the way up to the mid 30's. Feels like a heat wave though.
