happy hump day!
I had an "interesting" ride home yesterday. I think people forget how to drive whenever it snows or rains. Most people were going quite slow on the highway. My trip was made at no more than 45 mph at any time. The ones who weren't going too slow were evidently going to fast as the cars in the median attested. The major roads are clear this morning and the back roads are snow packed. We got at least 3 inches. I think we got off easy, as the snow stopped shortly after I got home at 3 pm and they had thought it might snow all evening.

I hope everyone has a great day today!

Good morning Gary. We had three inches of snow here once, I was a kid, back in 1968. My brother and I had the most fun playing in that stuff :)

Good morning Audis! I saw my first snow that I could actually play in at 17. That doesn't count when I was 3 or 4 and we were in Iowa. I grew up in California. It snowed once when I was 9, but it was gone in minutes. When we moved to Kansas City I was 17 and enjoyed some sledding before I had to drive in the stuff or shovel it. Now I do not like the snow much! :-)

It must have stayed north then. We are quite a bit south of you!

D'oh! Quit bragging! We "may" get some snow "showers" mixed with our rain tonight. :(

On another note, I love watching southerners come up here and try to drive in 12" of snow. It can be quite amusing and frustrating! :)

Have a great day!

It's been so long since we've had 12", I don't think I'd do to well either! I'd probably take the day off! :-)

Hope your day is blessed!
