good morning
The roads were nice and clear this morning as was our driveway at home, except for a patch or two of ice. Today's 38 degrees should clear that all up too. They are calling for 48 tomorrow and I haven't hear about the weekend.

I hope everyone has a blessed day! The weekend is not too far away!

morning Gary -

main roads here was but the side streets like mine are still packed. This is becayse the city of Topeka doesn't blade the ice or snow, they wait till its already doen before they "salt and sand" instead of salting before the storm to keep the stuff off the roads. Still though with the equipment and staff they have they could do the entire city 2.5 times (including the side streets) in the time they take to only do the main roads. Where is the wasted time going is what I would like to know.

Good morning Kevin! Hopefully, the warmth and sun today and tomorrow will get you well on the way to clear roads too!

amen and hopefully the 30% chance of rain won't arrive this weekend, so everything will dry out a little.

The northeast is due for 6-12" of snow tonight but I guess I'm not "north" or "east" enough. D'oh!
Good morning Gary!
