For those who might be sad that we are missing the snow this time (hi Mary Jo), I hear that it is snowing now. Ah well, I could hope, couldn't I?

wish in one hand ~ spit in the other
Now that's what you get, smartybritches! HERE: visibility ZERO, gusting winds up to 50mph, drifts in my driveway from 3 to 5ft high. and it's still snowing BIG flakes, with wind chill at -30.

GO HOME GARY! It's coming your direction!
(wish HERE was on your way, and you could fix my snowblowerd borrow it- if ya want)

Re: wish in one hand ~ spit in the other
I am afraid I would not be much use with the snowblower repair. I am not very mechanically inclined. Now if it were a computer program, I might be able to handle that.

Oh thing I have to say about the US government, they do watch out for there employees and send us home before it gets too bad on the roads.

A trip to Hawaii sure sounds good about now. :)
I might have said Florida, but it looks like the southern US is getting a small taste of the chills too. Besides, every time I visit Florida in the winter, they have unseasonably cold temperatures. I wouldn't want to jinks them that way. :)

Gee thanks, Spotty! I could roll around in it and then shovel up what's left, just for old times sake ;)
